Being a new mum is an incredible journey, and taking care of your own health and fitness is just as important as caring for your little one. Forward Fitness’ Strong Mums Bootcamp in Bristol is specifically designed for post-natal women who want to rebuild strength, improve fitness, and connect with other mums in a supportive, fun, and safe environment.

Post-Natal Expertise

I specialise in supporting post-natal mums. Every exercise is carefully crafted to help you rebuild core strength, improve posture, and ease back into fitness after childbirth.

Bring Baby!

As a mum of two, I know childcare can be a challenge, so your little one is welcome to join you at our sessions! Workout alongside other mums and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere where babies are part of the community (and sometimes the workout!)

Safe and Inclusive

Whether you had a natural delivery or a c-section, I tailor the exercises to your individual recovery. We focus on effective movements that prioritise safety while building strength and confidence.

Supportive Community

Join a group of like-minded mums who understand the challenges and triumphs of post-natal life. Share experiences, cheer each other on, and build friendships that extend beyond my Bootcamp.
